Tasmanian Animal Supplies Refund and Delivery Policy
We take the utmost care in providing you with a quality product, but if you feel there are any issues with your order, please let us know.
To be eligible for a possible refund or exchange on your faulty item please notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery. Steps will then be take to inspect the product, either by photo proof or return of product, if a fault is found we will work with you to process an exchange or refund.
Refunds or exchanges will not be offered for change of mind or based on the taste preferences of the animal.
Standard delivery times are 1-5 business days. All delivery times are subject to variation depending on outside factors out of our control. This includes but is not limited to transport logistics of your given address or weather issues. If there is any possible hold ups to your delivery we will notify you as soon as we become aware.
Free delivery statewide may not apply to Bulk Clearance items.
All clearance items are purchased as is, no returns will be accepted. We will do our best to give as much information as possible on the reason the item has be reduced, eg low code or ripped packaging.
